Some stress is good for us…but if our bodies are working at constant or chronic stress levels it can be very harmful to us. I recently reunited with 2 friends, one I served in the military with and one I graduated high school with, both operating on constant increased stress levels. Seeing them has put this issue on a more personal level for me so I am looking to go in depth as to all the health risks of chronic stress, signs and causes, as well as treatment or stress management techniques used to assist those affected by this.

[...] Chronic Stress and Affects on Memory (neumannpsychology2012.wordpress.com) [...]

Such a prevalent topic too today in our society. We are (overall) as a society on “fast-food” mode. Meaning we are constatnly on the go, worrying about what is next. Many people have a hard time being mindful in the present. And as you mention that more will come with your blog, there are effects. I am particularly interested in what you find about its effect on memory.
